DELKESKAMP, together with Kampmann, has received the German Packaging Award 2026 in the "Functionality & Convenience" category. The award recognizes an innovative packaging solution developed for the KaDius climate control unit that combines transport protection, installation assistance, and installation protection in a sustainable corrugated cardboard design.

Nortrup, April 27, 2026 – The DELKESKAMP Group is celebrating its 130th anniversary this year. Since its founding on April 27, 1896, in Nortrup, the company has evolved from a cardboard factory into a modern family-owned business specializing in corrugated cardboard and foam packaging solutions.

Delkeskamp receives Ecovadis Bronze rating

With the introduction of a reusable system and the associated switch to a 0.5-liter recycled PVC cup at the beginning of the year, the previous cup carrier at Bremer Brücke was history. Thanks to VfL partner Delkeskamp, drinks can now be carried effortlessly for friends again - without any unhygienic transportation activities or half-spilled contents of the popular Herforder.

Delkeskamp has decided to invest in a so-called long truck in order to make deliveries more efficient and environmentally friendly.

With Nicholas Delkeskamp, the fifth generation is now at the helm at Delkeskamp Verpackungswerke in Nortrup. The 30-year-old is supported by Felix Levold. This is the first time that a duo is leading the company - and the two want to change a lot. The DELKESKAMP Group launched an internal exercise challenge for a good cause on May 01, 2023. Under the motto "Steps With A Heart", all employees will collect steps together for one month. Managing Director Nicholas Delkeskamp reports, "We want to do something good together and exercise in the spring weather with family, friends, or while walking the dog." For every 10,000 steps achieved, the company will donate €5.00 to a good cause (maximum 30,000,000 steps equals €15,000). All steps are collected from 01.05.2023 to 31.05.2023. Every step counts!

DELKESKAMP is a sponsor of the Artländer horse racing day On Sunday, September 4th, 2022 it's that time again. The Artländer Renntag is taking place again after a two-year break due to corona. Nowhere else is the racing program so varied with flat, steeplechase and sea chase races as well as numerous trotting races. A special show element is the traditional carriage parade. Delkeskamp Verpackungswerke GmbH is sponsoring a gallop race again this year. We wish all participants good luck and all visitors an exciting day.

"DELKESKAMP stops paper production from waste paper". After the unforeseeable events of the Ukraine war since 24 Feb 2022, the natural gas prices, which have already been at a very high level since the end of 2021, have once again become massively more expensive and supply restrictions can no longer be ruled out. We will try to make the shutdown of corrugated base paper production here at the Nortrup site as socially acceptable as possible for everyone without affecting the entire group of companies!

On Friday, September 24th, 2021 the 6th Fish Festival of the local Rotary Club Huizen took place in the Dutch city of Huizen. DELKESKAMP also started with one of 21 “botters” (old wooden sailing boats) for a good cause.

Plastic products are our constant companions in daily life. And when they have served their time, they sometimes end up where they do not belong - for example in the sea.
In the meantime, there are many campaigns and environmental associations in Germany, as well as worldwide, reporting on this topic, educating and specifically addressing the avoidance or reduction of plastics.

On 15.02.2020 the 2nd RASTA SPONSORS CUP, organised by the basketball club Rasta Vechta, took place. A total of 28 teams and more than 130 players took part in the tournament.

In the course of the Management Information Game (short: MIG), 23 students of the 12th grade of the Artland-Gymnasium (Grammar School) Quakenbrück became managers of their own fictitious companies. This year the MIG took place at Delkeskamp Verpackungswerke GmbH in Nortrup.

The weather was great when our running team started on Saturday (22.06.2019) in Löningen at the Hasetal-Marathon.
